Returns & Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Physical Products (Giftboxes & Products)

  • Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Due to the nature of personal care items, I can’t accept returns for opened food, skincare, or hygiene products (unless faulty).

Digital Products (Courses, Guides, Downloads)

  • Due to their instant-access nature, digital product sales are final.

  • If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact me so I can fix it right away.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please send a clear photo to fourthnest@gmail.com within 7 days, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to return:

Email me at fourthnest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

I’ll send you the return address.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
